- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the company’s financial performance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling to support various business projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear recommendations.
