Tanggung Jawab
- Process weekly vendor payments, including preparation of fund reservation
- Handle ad-hoc vendor payments as required
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and analyses as needed
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial compliance
- Support other financial operations and projects as assigned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of vendor payment processes and fund reservation
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
