Join Cargill's dynamic finance team as a Finance Analyst for the AG APAC Tropical Oils business. This pivotal role will drive financial strategy and operational excellence across our Asia Pacific operations. You'll lead annual budgeting cycles, consolidate financial inputs, and collaborate closely with MSC Finance and FP&A teams to align business objectives with financial targets. Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will provide critical insights for decision-making, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
As a key business partner, you'll interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize performance. The position offers opportunities to develop comprehensive financial forecasts, conduct variance analyses, and support strategic initiatives. - Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes for APAC Tropical Oils
- Consolidate financial inputs from business units and align with corporate finance objectives
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (S1)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A role
- Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Agribusiness or FMCG industry experience preferred
