Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for annual budgeting and long-term strategic forecasting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in the preparation of management presentations and executive-level financial reviews.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting functions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling with advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
