Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data related to workforce costs, compensation structures, and HR budget variances
- Develop and maintain HR department budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for HR leadership and executive stakeholders
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for HR initiatives including recruitment, training, and retention programs
- Monitor KPIs related to HR financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements in HR operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or accounting
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills in data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and HRIS platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of HR financial metrics and workforce analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
