Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data-driven modeling
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures with journal entries reconciliations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models for operational efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with departments to ensure financial compliance with policies
- Support internal audits and financial control initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial functions)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
