Tanggung Jawab
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis to ensure accurate budgeting and planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and business reviews for senior management to support decision-making.
- Analyze commercial data and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Partner with regional business units to understand operational challenges and provide financial solutions.
- Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios for new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement within the FP&A function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with corporate strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering and delivering insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is a plus.
