Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end energy reporting, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Conduct inventory valuation and assist in stocktake processes to ensure asset accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures to meet reporting deadlines.
- Review and verify accounting entries for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking and Writing) with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
