As an RTR Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in the financial operations department, acting as a key contributor to journal entries, complex reconciliations, and the maintenance of SAP FI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy, compliance with corporate policies, and timely delivery of closing activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily Record to Report (RTR) activities, including journal entry posting and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Actively participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Support the team in SAP FI operations, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in RTR, General Ledger, or corporate accounting.
- Solid understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) modules is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, vlookup) is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
