Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and ensure all financial data complies with IFRS and local China GAAP requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, ensuring absolute accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with local finance teams in China to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of accounting queries.
- Manage fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and treasury functions in accordance with DXC global policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing analytical support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline RTR workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in General Accounting or Record to Report functions.
- Strong command of Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to support the China Market portfolio.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict international reporting deadlines.
