Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments for the night shift cycle.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, variance analysis reports, and management summaries.
- Interpret complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial workflows.
- Document financial processes and maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards and reconciliation practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
