Tanggung Jawab
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with international standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational variances.
- Monitor budgetary performance and provide recommendations for cost-optimization and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with regional finance offices to standardize reporting procedures and data integrity protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and provide necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Identify trends in financial data to provide insights that support executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, particularly when managing sensitive financial data.
