Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant work experience in finance and accounting (experience level varies by position)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GAAP or international accounting standards
