Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly/quarterly statements
- Develop and manage organizational budgets, conducting variance analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Manage financial audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in finance with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
