Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and forecasting models to support business expansion.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving operational efficiency.
