Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Direct the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against targets.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and other local regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury functions to ensure liquidity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial guidance on strategic projects.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
