Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing strategic insights to senior management
- Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax laws
- Experience in a tech startup or fast-growing company is highly desirable
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
