We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team in the LNG trading industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to optimize liquidity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure timely and accurate audit and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the trading team to support commodity trading activities.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in commodity trading, energy, or LNG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (e.g., SFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience with audit and tax compliance in Singapore is advantageous.
