Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
- Conduct financial analysis and present risk-mitigation strategies to executive management.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven proficiency in modern accounting software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
