Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Manage financial audits and implement internal controls
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years progressive finance management experience
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Experience in multinational corporations or international organizations
