Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes
- Manage vendor and client billing cycles ensuring accuracy and timely collection
- Lead credit control activities to minimize financial risks and optimize cash flow
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive stakeholders
- Supervise accounting staff and foster continuous process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
