As our Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing all accounting functions, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including BIR filings, VAT, and business permits specific to the customs brokerage industry.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain financial transparency.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory finance role, ideally within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Customs Brokerage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PFRS) and current tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify business trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operations teams.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of data integrity and deadline management.
