Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities for the mall
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial records
- Implement cost control measures and optimize financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure proper financial controls and internal audit procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail or mall environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with financial management software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
