Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with precision
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations and handle BIR filings
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor project costs and financial performance for construction contracts
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax codes
- Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in financial data
