Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational efficiency
- Implement process improvements in accounting systems and financial reporting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- 1-7 years of progressive accounting experience (levels vary from Associate to Senior)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
