As the Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting activities, from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily financial operations and accounting functions of the company.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff to ensure high performance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, BIR regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA License is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
