Le Louvre Patisserie, a premier name in premium pastries and artisanal sweets in Jakarta, is looking for a dedicated Finance/Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our business, ensuring that our operations run smoothly as we continue to delight our customers.
You will work closely with the management team to oversee day-to-day financial operations, from bookkeeping to cash flow management. We are seeking an individual who is not only technically proficient in accounting standards but also possesses the integrity and analytical mindset required to help us scale our patisserie operations effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable, for the patisserie operations.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash flow for multiple store locations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports for management review.
- Oversee tax calculations and ensure timely compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain organized financial records and digital documentation to support annual audits.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) to optimize profit margins.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP Business One).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and taxation.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for reporting purposes.
