Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounting records
- Implement and maintain company accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
