Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and verify transaction records to maintain ledger integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports to assist leadership in strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and internal reviews.
- Monitor cash flow and track departmental budgets to ensure fiscal discipline across operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
