Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
