Finance and Accounting Specialist – Operations Support (Night Shift)

Acquire Intelligence is a dynamic and growing company providing cutting-edge intelligence solutions. We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our operations support team on a night shift schedule.

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks including invoicing, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and team leadership. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the accuracy of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
• Support operations team with financial data and insights.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work night shift in Metro Manila.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
