We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our accounting and finance functions across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance divisions. In this position, you will ensure financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and support our business growth through effective financial management.
As a key member of our finance team, you will handle day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure proper financial documentation and reconciliation of transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in the logistics industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review
- Oversee financial transactions related to Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations in Indonesia
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (such as Akuntan Publik or equivalent) is a plus
