Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee benefits
- Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus
