- Support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Assist in transaction processing, including due diligence and financial modeling for mergers/acquisitions
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial models, budgets, and variance analysis for operational planning
- Streamline internal accounting processes and recommend efficiency improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or transaction support
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is highly preferred
