Are you a motivated Finance or Accounting student looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application? AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. is opening its doors for a dedicated Intern/OJT starting June 2026. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while learning from seasoned industry professionals.
As an intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our accounting department’s daily operations. You will gain exposure to financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable processes, and auditing support. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid or remote setup, provided you have your own laptop. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams in daily processing.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in the accounting software.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and budget tracking documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in auditing procedures.
- Participate in documentation management and filing to ensure compliance.
- Assist the finance team in ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in BS Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be able to start the internship program by June 2026.
- Possess own laptop with reliable internet connection for tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn corporate accounting workflows.
