Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage tax reporting (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for periodic audits and fiscal reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls to improve financial efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance reports to department heads.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (Brevet A/B or CPA) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Proficient in using major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
