Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure deliverables are met with precision and within established deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to track organizational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets, project costing, and cash flow forecasting for construction projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth tax filings and financial audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Proven work experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or senior accounting role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current BIR tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience using integrated accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage team workflows and cultivate a high-performance environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly to management.
