Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Manage corporate taxation compliance, planning, and reporting to meet statutory requirements.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to top management for decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and maintain robust internal controls.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian taxation, SST, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
