- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review
- Oversee administrative operations including inventory management and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, procurement, and facility management
- Support budget preparation and expense control initiatives
- Assist in audit preparations and regulatory compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in finance and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
