Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Assist with payroll preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management review.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance or general administration.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Cebu City, Philippines.
