  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.

  • Assist in payroll processing, staff attendance tracking, and general HR support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Finance and Admin Executive role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
