Information Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Manager to join our team in E. Rodriguez, Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and essential administrative functions to ensure our business continues to scale efficiently.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards and administrative best practices. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facility coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG filings.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to maximize efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and budget forecasting to support company leadership in decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, statutory benefits, and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
