Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing strategic recommendations to senior management for cost control and revenue growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and administrative team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and government regulatory bodies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax codes, auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
