Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and variance analyses for management review
- Oversee administrative operations including correspondence management, office supply procurement, and asset maintenance
- Coordinate payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements
- Support procurement processes, vendor management, and contract documentation
- Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
