Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial record-keeping
- Process payroll, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling and document management
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of finance or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance standards
