Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation of financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and budget monitoring activities
- Provide Mandarin language support for international financial communications
- Maintain organized financial filing systems and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or cashier roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
