Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and daily transaction entries.
- Perform end-to-end collection processes, including follow-ups on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) to clients accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct consistent monitoring of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to track cash flow health.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and payment schedules.
- Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and bank reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in collections, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client and supplier correspondence.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict financial deadlines.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
