Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and corporate standards.
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and business insights to senior management to influence decision-making and operational performance.
- Manage the treasury, tax compliance, and payroll functions, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, controllership, or corporate accounting, ideally within the IT or BPO sector.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting (PFRS/IFRS), taxation, and budgetary management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- High level of integrity, analytical rigor, and exceptional attention to detail.
