Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, conducting variance analysis and financial forecasting
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for operational improvements and cost optimization
  • Manage employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and organizational development activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CIPD) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years combined experience in finance and HR management roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO regulations, and tax compliance
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities
