Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation
- Develop and manage annual budgets, conducting variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for operational improvements and cost optimization
- Manage employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and organizational development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CIPD) preferred
- Minimum 5 years combined experience in finance and HR management roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO regulations, and tax compliance
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities
