Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize financial and HR processes
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance and HR professionals
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and prepare management reports
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management and HR operations, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting principles (PFRS/IFRS), and labor regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining high accountability
